The following form fields are available when adding Events to Cubby. 

 

Title (required): Name of the Event(s)

Date (required): Date the Event takes place

Start Time - End Time (required): Start and End Time of the Event

All Day (optional): Check this to make this an All Day Event (will overwrite the Start & End Time)

Repeats (optional): Settings to create a repeating (sometimes called recurring) event. More details on that here.

Family Member (optional): Select the Family Member(s) that will participate in this Event. 

Location (optional): Address of the Event, if selected from Google Maps it will allow you to Map this event on your phone

Reminder (optional): Set a notification for the start of the Event. Notification is sent to event creator and anyone selected as the Drop-Off or Pick-Up person

Channels (optional):  Choose the Channel(s) this Event applies to

Drop-Off (optional):  Choose the Family Member who will be dropping off at this event

Pick-Up (optional): Choose the Family Member who will be picking up from this event

Pick-Up Reminder (optional):  Set a reminder prior to the time you need to Pick-Up from this Event.

Notes (optional):  Add any additional context for this Event such as items you need to bring or details about the facility.
